Attending: Msgr. McDermott, Angela Pholen, Jon Hughes, Katherine Marsella (Co-President), Katie Nunn (Co-President), Erin Dye (Secretary), and Wayne Braun (Treasurer). There were five Christ the King family members in attendance.
I. Opening Prayer
Msgr. McDermott started the meeting with Opening Prayer at 5:35 p.m.
II. Approval of January 10, 2017 PTO Meeting Minutes
Katie Nunn moved, seconded by Katherine Marsella, to approve the meeting minutes of
January 10, 2017. Motion passed unanimously.
III. Donnelly’s Presentation
Peter Donnelly from Donnelly’s visited Christ the King to provide an overview of the uniform product. Mr. Donnelly reviewed three ways to shop for uniforms: Shop Online, Shop at School, or Shop in Store.
Christ the King will host the school fitting day on May 17 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Donnelly’s will deliver items ordered on May 17 to Christ the King on July 12 (school delivery day).
Uniform items ordered in advance will receive a discount: Uniforms ordered January through June 15 will receive a 20% discount, items ordered June 16 – July will receive a 10% discount, items ordered August – September will not receive a discount, items ordered October through December will receive a 10% discount.
IV. Treasurer’s Report
Nothing to report at this time.
V. Cabaret/Silent Auction
Katie Nunn encouraged anyone interested in helping collect items for the Silent Auction to contact her. Volunteers are needed.
VI. Public Comment
Survey results will be reviewed. Currently, 12 people participated in the survey indicating most popular events are Cabaret/Silent Auction and Spring Challenge. Survey results indicated there is some interest in paying more for tuition with having less fundraising events. Follow-up on final survey results during next PTO meeting.
