I. Opening Prayer

Tracey Whitney started the meeting with Opening Prayer at 5:50 p.m.

II. Vote to Pass on April Meeting Minutes

Tracey Whitney moved, seconded by Katherine Marsella, to pass on meeting minutes of

April 19, 2017. Motion passed unanimously.

III. Treasurer’s Report

Nothing to report at this time.

IV. Public Comment

Decision was made to have end-of-the-year teacher gifts organized by room parents. Specials and support staff will be a single collection.

V. Business

a. Spring Challenge – Shaun Farley and Jay Nunn provided an update on Spring Challenge activities. Event is on track, 44 out of 52 volunteer spots have been filled, map/schedule of race is complete, lunch/snacks have been ordered.

b. PTO Nominations – Bridgette Parascando as President and Jill Demer as Vice President. Angela to contact each nominee to see if they are interested/accept nomination.

c. Golf Tournament – Katie Nunn completed brochure/flyer. Msgr. McDermott will contact Greg Clairmont.
