I. Opening Prayer

Tracey Whitney started the meeting with Opening Prayer at 3:40 p.m.

II. Approval of May 30, 2017 Meeting Minutes

Katie Nunn moved, seconded by Tracey Whitney, to approve meeting minutes of

May 30, 2017. Motion passed unanimously.

III. Treasurer’s Report

Nothing to report at this time.

V. Business

a. Calendar

Angela introduced calendar. PTO reviewed event dates. Monsignor will review calendar with the Parish. Once approved, Sally will post on web site and send to families.

2017-2018 Calendar Events:

August 28 – Back to School BBQ

September 7 – PTO Presentation (Bridgette)

September 8 – Genevieve’s Kick Off

September 29 – Golf Tournament

October 21 – Hoe Down/Harvest Festival

November 15 – Cash Calendar Sales (school play November 10 & 11, set up table and sell at this event as well)

December 15 – Christmas Concert (distribute Barnes & Noble voucher)

December 16 – Barnes & Noble

January 27 – Father/Daughter Dance

April 6 – Cabaret

June 1 – Spring Challenge

b. Vice President Open Role

c. Golf Tournament

Golf Tournament Committee consists of Andy Pohlen, Tom O’Keefe, and Katie Nunn. Brochure is completed/distributed, even is on track, collect teams for tournament, evening dinner.

d. PTO Meeting Schedule for 2017 – 2018

Meetings will be held on the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are open to everyone – Dates: September 13, October 11, November 8, December 13, January 10, February 21 (not February 14), March 14, April 11, May 9, and June 13.

Next PTO meeting is scheduled for August 9 at 5:30 p.m.
