I. Opening Prayer

Msgr. McDermott started the meeting with Opening Prayer at 5:44 p.m.

II. Approval of M Meeting Minutes

Tracey Whitney moved, seconded by Erin Dye, to approve meeting minutes of

July 19, 2017. Motion passed unanimously.

III. Business

a. Golf Tournament – Committee consists of Tom O’Keefe, Katie Nunn, and Andy Pholen.

Tom O’Keefe provided an update to the PTO this evening. Golf Tournament is scheduled for September 29, 2017 at 1:00 at the Country Club of VT. Sponsors have been contacted and teams are signing up. New this year – Cody Chevrolet is sponsoring a hole in one – car giveaway. Committee is looking an MC for the event and hoping to get more students involved. Dinner will be served in the evening.

b. Welcome to new Vice President

Welcome to Sage Bernardini, Vice President, PTO for the 2017-2018 school year. Tracey Whitney read PTO bi-laws for Vice President position.

c. Welcome Back BBQ

This committee consists of Tara and Owen Banks. Food is ordered through Reinhart and Farrell Vending. Looking for volunteers to help with the event, along with some student council representatives. FAQ table and PTO will be set up.

d. Meals for Teacher In-Service

August 29 – Teacher in-service, PTO to provide food, drinks paper products. Set up before 11:00 a.m.
