I. Opening Prayer

Angela Pholen started the meeting with Opening Prayer at 5:30 p.m.

II. Approval of August 13, 2017 Meeting Minutes

Sage Bernardini moved, seconded by Erin Dye, to approve meeting minutes of

August 13, 2017. Motion passed unanimously.

III. Treasurer’s Report

V. Business

a. Genevieve’s – Brochures were distributed September 8

b. Golf Tournament – Committee consists of Tom O’Keefe, Katie Nunn, and Andy Pholen.

Event is September 29, 2017 at 1:00 at the Country Club of VT. Sponsors have been contacted, looking for more teams. Lenny Yordan will be the MC for the event. Dinner will be served in the evening.

c. Hoedown – Committee consists of Erin Dye, Sage Bernardini, and Wayne Braun. Wayne to generate flyer for parish bulletin and Wednesday folder. Committee scheduled next meeting, discussion of games, reviewing supplies, etc.
