I. Opening Prayer
Tracey Whitney started the meeting with Opening Prayer at 5:37 p.m.
II. Approval of September 13, 2017 Meeting Minutes
Tracey Whitney moved, seconded by Wayne Braun, to approve meeting minutes of
September 13, 2017. Motion passed unanimously.
III. Treasurer’s Report
Wayne Braun provided a 2017-2018 Budget Proposal for each event.
IV. Public Comment
None.
V. Business
a. Genevieve’s – Brochures were distributed September 8.
b. Golf Tournament – Great day; a successful event; 20 teams.
c. Hoedown – Mike Williams attended meeting to provide guidance in kitchen duties for the event.
d. Cash Calendar – Kickoff event at CKS drama production – Shrek on November 10 & 11
e. Review of Event – Jon Hughes has requested that each event chair provides an report following the event to include expenses, income, volunteers needed, check list of items needed, contacts, etc.
